1. Traders
​
All candidates will have:
-
Solid risk management skills (i.e. maximum drawdown of no more than 10% for the past 2 years);
-
Strong understanding of the global (particularly the U.S.) and/or regional (i.e. China) futures market structure;
-
Strong understanding of the interbank foreign exchange market;
-
Audited/certified track record of generating 10% or more CAGR for at least 2 years;
-
Have traded account(s) with at least US$5,000,000 or equivalent in initial deposit(s) for at least 1 year;
*Candidates with letters from previous employers (preferably also in the alternative investment management industry) endorsing all of the above may be considered.
**Bachelor's (and above) degree in finance considered a plus.

2. Operations
All candidates will have:​
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience;
-
Four to eight years of related experience in financial services middle office and/or operations;
-
Knowledge of Securities Settlements (heavy futures and interbank FX);
-
Knowledge of Prime Broker/Custodian portals;
-
Knowledge in reconciliation, reporting, and analysis;
-
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
-
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Soft skills:
-
Excellent interpersonal skills;

Passion in business;
-
A track record of achievement through internships, academic accolades, etc.

3. Quantitative Researchers
All candidates will have:​
-
Basic understanding of fundamental & relative value analysis;
-
Proficiency in coding skills using Python;
-
Extensive experience in systematic macro and FX strategy development, using futures and FX;
-
Ability to work with autonomy within a global team;
-
More than 2 years of work experience as a Data Engineer.
​
Not required but consider a plus:
-
Exposure to high frequency trading in Futures or Derivatives (strong plus);
-
Experience managing and running risk (strong plus);
-
Exposure to a low-latency development environment;
-
PhD in mathematics, statistics, physics or other quantitative discipline.
